Senior Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly expanding, national multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to undertake a duel Quantity Surveying and Monitoring Surveying role form their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

As mentioned, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a mixed role of traditional quantity surveying, providing pre and post contract services on public sector residential schemes.

The other half of the Senior Quantity Surveyor's role will be on the monitoring side where you will be responsible for:

• Pre-contract construction development due diligence services
• Prepared detailed pre-acquisition technical due diligence reports
• Highlighting key development risks and assessing planning status, section agreements and design
• Monitored and tracked project progress, identifying potential issues
• Produced monthly reports summarising development progress for our clients.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Monitoring Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus package
