Senior Quantity Surveyor

A motivated, small Quantity Surveying consultancy which offers limitless opportunity for career progression, is seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a collaborative, open planned London office including 4 other Quantity Surveyors, and an architectural and interior design practice (totalling 30).

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to deliver a full PQS, pre and post cost management role (including some contract administration) on super prime residential projects for private clients and Trusts, across London and the Home Counties.

Requirements: private residential project experience, PQS background, client facing

Project Sectors: High End / Super Prime Residential

Location: London

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000, 25 days A/L (plus bank holidays), ad-hoc socials, expenses card, pension, no ceiling to your career progression, christmas office holiday, and more.
