A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an adaptable Senior Quantity Surveyor with Cost X experience, to join their head office in Southampton.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a fast paced, diverse office with a collaborative culture and nice array of residential projects to get stuck into.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will start on residential projects and shall be responsible for contract administration and cost management duties.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS, or completed a RICS accredited degree
5+ years PQS/Consultancy experience
Any Employers Agent/Contract Admin knowledge would be useful
Good technical, quantity surveying/cost management experience
Team player
Comfortable travelling to Southampton
