Senior Quantity Surveyor

A London based, Cost and Project Management consultancy are seeking a competent Senior Quantity Surveyor with a successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dual QS/PM team of 50 strong, working from the companies modern, open planned offices and it is from here that you will take on the task of pushing forward and delivering projects, pre and post contract.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a mix of residential (private and social) and hotel projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or working towards
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Cost Management / Cost Consultancy background
• Enjoys working across an array of projects
• Good pre and post contract experience
