Senior Quantity Surveyor

A proactive Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in Southwest London are eagerly looking to add to their Quantity Surveying team by appointing a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be joining a consultancy with a flat structure, meaning, just like the Directors you will be hands-on, delivering super prime, and bespoke commercial and residential projects located across the UK and Internationally (Middle East, Caribbean, and USA - some international travel required).

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• PQS / Consultancy background
• Minimum of 6 years quantity surveying experience
• MRICS would be preferred, not essential
• Happy to travel internationally on occasion
• Client facing
• Pre and post contract knowledge

In Return?

• £65,000 - £75,000
• 21 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure (circa 5 days)
• Company trip (3 days off)
