Senior Quantity Surveyor

An entrepreneurial Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with a M&E background and skillset, to join their open planned, London Victoria office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will support the rest of the business from a M&E perspective, providing a PQS, pre and post contract role across private residential, hotels, student accommodation, and office fit out projects.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also get engaged with the growth of the business, growing the M&E service, and working your way up to Director level.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor - M&E

Location: London (1 day WFH)

Requirements: UK, M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS environment. Ideally MRICS

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000, plus package and clear route to Associate and Director.
