A supportive, family-like quantity surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with Associate ambitions, and a team focused attitude, to join their rapidly expanding London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing two assistant quantity surveyors; comp checking, mentoring, and helping them with their day-to-day quantity surveying work.

Alongside the management element, you will be working across 3-4 projects (new build and refurbishments) across different sectors and values.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS, but not essential
Experience of managing Quantity Surveyors within a PQS environment
UK PQS/Consultancy background
Associate ambition
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable working across multiple projects
Team player
