Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

I am now supporting the Director of a growing and ambitious Cost Consultancy, who is keen to speak to professional and client facing Senior Quantity Surveyors.

Based in Manchester, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be actively providing quality pre contract services on Education, Residential and Leisure projects.

Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be immediately given the opportunity to provide post contract services, including Employers Agent and Project Management duties on live Residential, Commercial, Retail and Education projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveying director would like to see;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS
• 5+ years experience
• Clear understanding of Pre & Post contract duties
• Examples of running own projects
• Client facing

The Company

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a new Quantity Surveying practice, made up of 5 Directors 5 Associates and 9 other Quantity Surveyors

With over 50 combined years of experience, this organisation have quickly established themselves in the North West market and landed several large scale projects.
