Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established, multi disciplinary Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, possibly two, to work across a mix of public and private sector projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Director of Quantity Surveying is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can take the lead on residential, education, or commercial projects, providing pre and post contract services.

The Quantity Surveying team also provides a full suite of services, thus the new Senior Quantity Surveyor can also get involved in Project Management and EA work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or completed a BSc in Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years, UK, quantity surveying experience
• Consultancy / Cost Management experience
• Good understanding of construction contracts
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Pre and post contract knowledge
