Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of the Directors within an established Quantity Surveying consultancy, in Oxford, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join his Cost Management team and lead on several impressive projects valuing up to £100m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 20 and shall be involved in a wealth of interesting projects including high end residential schemes across Oxford and London, valuing between £4m-£40m.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also work alongside various Formula One motorsport teams, independent schools, and data centres.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Able to commute around Oxford
• MRICS or completed a RICS accredited degree
• Cost Management / Consultancy experience
• Pre and post contract ability
