Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Head of Cost Management in one of Berkshire's leading Quantity Surveying practices is seeking a MRICS Quantity Surveyor to join the practice as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor as a result of securing several long term, valuable projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 20+ Cost Managers who are working on a mix of projects including a prestigious MOD projects, various schemes for F1 teams, and some commercial and residential work too.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead and manage said projects alongside the Director and a small team of quantity surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Must be MRICS qualified
• UK cost management / consultancy work experience
• Able to commute around Berkshire/Hampshire area
• Solid pre and post cost management experience
