Senior Quantity Surveyor

A progressive, national Construction Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The Partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable carrying out a dual Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent role, working predominantly within the residential sector.

The company have a strong presence in the property market, with a strong pipeline of private and affordable housing developments from £500k - £15m within the region.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work independently, managing projects to completion. The company offer hybrid working, working from the office 1 day per week and going to site when needed.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Qualified with a BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
• RICS is beneficial but not crucial
• Residential project experience is beneficial but not crucial
• Experience working in an Employer's Agent capacity is ideal
