Senior Quantity Surveyor

A multi award-winning Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their industry leading Manchester team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide professional Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services to high profile clients within the Education, Healthcare, and Science sectors from £1m - £30m.

Working as part of a team alongside colleagues to manage and deliver projects, liaise with external contractors and consultants on a project basis, and report to clients and stakeholders.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Previous experience within a private practice / consultancy environment
• Experience running projects independently
• A construction related degree qualification
• MRICS or committed to achieving MRICS
