Senior Quantity Surveyor

A renowned, multidisciplinary Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their well-established Birmingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the exciting opportunity to take lead on various new projects with long-established clients.

Working across a broad range of commercial sectors on major development projects from £1m - £100m within the Logistics & Industrial team reporting to the Divisional Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a quantity surveying / cost consultancy
• Committed to MRICS - if not already completed
• Client facing
• Experience running projects in excel f £5m across a range of sectors
• Logistics and industrial project experience is beneficial but not crucial
