Senior Quantity Surveyor

A national consultancy with an established team in Liverpool is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Quantity Surveying team of 15 who work across a broad range of projects from heritage, new build residential, commercial, and education up to £200m.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will run projects from inception to completion as well as manage a team of experienced surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• A successful track record running projects to completion
• A desire to manage a team
• UK cost management /consultancy experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or committed to becoming chartered
