A dynamic and innovative construction consultancy is looking to add a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Birmingham office.

The company have continued to go from strength to strength over the years and have worked on numerous prestigious projects up to £35m, for a number of national market leading clients.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join the cost management team and support their continuing growth.

Working in a client facing role, developing relationships within the industry, with a clear opportunity to develop and grow your career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience in or a sound understanding of the following:

• Ideally MRICS qualified
• Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of cost management
• Business development
• Value management, value engineering and life cycle costing
