A large Property Consultancy with a prestigious client base and a small Quantity Surveying team, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Quantity Surveying Partner and one of the Associates are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable picking up a job and running it with minimal supervision.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience of working on fit out, commercial, or office projects due to this being 90% of the workload.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Pre and post cost management experience
• Fit out, Commercial, Office sector project background would be ideal
• Worked as a Quantity Surveyor within a Cost Management / Cost Consultancy practice
• Able to run projects independently
