Senior Quantity Surveyor

A renowned, Residential Main Contractor are looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Ilford office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a multi award-winning team working on JCT Design & Build projects across London.

Projects vary from low, medium, and high rise schemes for private, social housing, and shared ownership from 30-units to 200+ units.

This opportunity comes with fantastic opportunity for progression and could be the perfect new step for a driven Senior Surveyor eager to step into a Commercial Manager role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A proven track record running projects from start to finish
• Experience working with a Main Contractor
• Design & Build experience is ideal
• Residential New Build experience

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £65,000 - £75,000
• Car allowance
