Senior Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying team in Bristol is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a track record of comfortably managing their own project load and interested in joining a top Cost Management consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a project delivery (private residential, mixed-use, and higher education), client facing role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will run their own projects, above £10m in value, maintain client relationship on projects, and also mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers within the Bristol office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• MRICS would be ideal
• Degree qualified - Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Client facing
