Senior Quantity Surveyor

A renowned, super prime residential refurbishment contractor are looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Fitzrovia office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving luxury contractor with over 20 years success in the industry, working on some of the most prestigious projects London has to offer.

The role is office based in Fitzrovia with projects in areas such as Belgravia, Kensington, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, and Chelsea. The company also offer flexible working where possible if desired.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of allotted projects. Experience:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor
• Experience working on residential projects
• A successful track record independently running projects
• High-end residential experience is ideal but not crucial

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £70,000 - £80,000
