Senior Quantity Surveyor

A close knit Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive client portfolio are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their senior team.

Based in Kent, a short distance from Sevenoaks, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor work work alongside several MRICS Quantity Surveyors who have built a strong culture which is ideal to grow and develop within.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work within the private residential sector on projects across London and Kent, where you will provide both pre and post cost management services, acting as the lead Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also work on some commercial based schemes - projects up to £25m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• 4+ years quantity surveying experience - in a QS consultancy
• Residential sector experience is a bonus
• Client facing/ well spoken
