Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned, market-leading Developer in Kent.

The company have won a number of exciting residential schemes circa £15m - £20m in the Kent area and are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor local to Kent to be based out of these sites.

Building contemporary, spacious, and energy efficient houses, apartments, and marionettes built to an impressive high standard.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• A successful track record running projects from inception to completion

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £60,000 - £70,000
