Senior Quantity Surveyor

A renowned, award-winning Main Contractor are looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Oxford office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, sport, leisure, and commercial.

The company carries out Design & Build, New Build, and Refurbishments up to £30m. You will, therefore, have experience managing projects up to and in excess of £20m.

The role is office based in Oxford and all sites reside within an hour commute from the office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor
• Experience running projects over £10m
• JCT contract experience
• Exposure to 2 stage procurement routes

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £60,000 - £70,000
• Car allowance up to £10,000
• 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
