Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award winning, Cost Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical and electrical background to join their talented MEP, Quantity Surveying team in London.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a consultancy which has won several awards for their Quantity Surveying service across an impressive portfolio of projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on projects fully, undertaking high level costing, offering advice, and preparing cost plans for blue chip clients.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will support an Assistant and Graduate Quantity Surveyor, with some minor reporting to the Partners.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have good knowledge of UK costs, as well as personality to go along with this close knit MEP, Quantity Surveying team.

• Quantity Surveying degree
• Mechanical and electrical background
• Team player
• MRICS is a bonus, not essential
• Preferably from a consultancy background
• Management experience is a plus
