The Partners of a large consultancy are now actively looking for a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join their team of forward-thinking Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor position is best suited for someone who can produce both pre & post contract duties to a quality standard within a myriad of build sectors.

The Company

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying practice who have over 50 years experience building projects and developing relationships around the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the auntonmy to build stronger relationships, lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors and push towards Associate Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• A strong understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
• Client facing
• PQS experience is preferred
• MRICS, but not essential
• Eagerness to build relationships
• Experience running own projects
• An openess to various other sectors
