NEW ROLE: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham - PQS/Consultancy

An award-winning and leading Construction Consultancy are now looking for an ambitious and client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join their hardworking Birmingham team.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be immediately supporting the team across multiple projects this will include, High End Residential, Education, Health and Commercial.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The consultancy would like to speak with Senior Quantity Surveyors, who have are confident with clients, commercially aware and have a strong ability to work alongside younger Quantity Surveyors, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years Post grad experience
• Clear understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
• Client facing
• Eagerness to build relationships
• Broad range of sector experience
• MRICS ideal, but not essential
