Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am now partnered with an established and award-winning medium sized practice, who operate across the country working on some of the most prestigious buildings.

The Birmingham team are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, who can bring an abundance of experience to their busy squad of Quantity Surveyors.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall be involved in a mixture of projects including a £5m+ Fit out project where you will be responsible for both pre and post contract services. Additionally a £47M Residential scheme which is already at post contract stage.

Supporting a team of 5, you will be responsible for the development of each project and guiding younger QSs through their career.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 7+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Excellent communication skills
• MRICS preferred, but not needed.
