Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established Construction Consultancy in Winchester are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor interested in working across a diverse range of projects from traditional quantity surveying to expert witness work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially manage a mixture of private residential projects from inception to completion including contract administration.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also mentor and delegate to a couple of Assistant Quantity Surveyors, whilst supporting the Partners on dispute work.

• preparing cost plans
• procurement
• negotiations with contractors
• providing cost updates to clients

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Able to commute to the Winchester office
• Pre and post contract experience
• An interest or experience in dispute work
• Residential project exposure is a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills
• MRICS or degree qualified
