Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, London based Principle Contractor are looking to add a motivated, commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their head office in Barking.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a renowned Contractor with over a hundred years of training and a strong reputation in the industry.

Working with clients from all industries including private, education, ecclesiastical, housing associations, and local authorities on projects from £500k - £15m. The role is office based in Barking and all contracts are within the M25.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The role will suit a Senior Surveyor with the ability to remeasure accounts on all trades and be able to produce bills of quantities from drawings.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor
• Experience running projects from inception to completion
• Experience working on projects up to £15m
• A construction related degree qualification is beneficial

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
