Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Tier 1 Main Contractor in East London are looking to add a hardworking Senior Quantity Surveyor to their specialist Residential New Build Division.

The Residential New Build division has continued to successfully win projects over the last few months and as such are looking to expand their team significantly. They are offering a long term, stable opportunity with great progression.

The successful Senior Surveyor will manage JCT design and build projects from 40-units up to 150-units from inception to completion, all projects are within an hour's commute in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a main contractor or developer
• Experience independently running projects from inception to completion
• Experience running residential new build projects
