Senior Quantity Surveyor

A qualified, professional, and switched-on PQS Senior Quantity Surveyor, is now needed to support an established multi-disciplinary construction practice from Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working within the Student Accomodation, Office and Mixed-Use sectors.

The Company

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have 35 years experience building projects ans developing relationships around the UK.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of both Pre & Post contract handling
• Client facing
• MRICS ideal, but not essential
• JCT & NEC contract knowledge
• Eagerness to build relationships
• Commercially aware
