Senior Quantity Surveyor

A delivery focused Cost Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to push towards Associate in the future, and work across an array of high end projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Director led consultancy who focus on quality rather than quantity which has led them to have an impressive portfolio of clients across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a team of 12, but you will predominantly manage your own projects from inception to completion including a couple of private residential jobs, and a mixed use scheme (residential / hotel).

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably MRICS
• A proven track record of managing your own projects
• Technically strong pre and post contract
• Consultancy background
• Longevity in previous positions
• Team player and comfortable in a small team environment
