Senior Quantity Surveyor

A high-end, bespoke construction company in Radlett are looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage 1-3 prestigious, luxury developments. All projects are within a 10-mile radius from the office.

The Company

A hybrid of both Developer and Contracting, the company is split into two divisions, their developer side and their bespoke arm.

With newly built offices that include a great outdoor space, bar, and chef. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, friendly team working on exciting bespoke projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience working on high-end residential projects
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Previous experience in a similar role
