Senior Quantity Surveyor

Based in the heart of Manchester, an aspiring Senior Quantity Surveyor is now needed for a Quantity Surveying/Cost Management practice.

This role is best suited for a Quantity Surveyor who has gained 5+ years experience and is looking for their first opportunity as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Company

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying practice who have over 35 years experience building projects and developing relationships around the Northwest.

Projects will include mutli million pound homes, high rise commercial buildings, refurbishment of stadiums and hotels and further access into key clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• A strong understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
• Client facing
• PQS experience is preferred
• MRICS, but not essential
• Eagerness to build relationships
• Experience running own projects
• An openess to various other sectors
