Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Quantity Surveying team situated in the City of London, and within a global practice are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial sector experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working together with the Director of Cost Management, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing fit-out, refurbishment and new build commercial projects. As well as assisting with the management of the team.

The Director is also seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is also interested in taking on an Associate Quantity Surveyor role in the near future and build a long term career within the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably MRICS
• Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
• Commercial sector, project experience
• Technically strong - pre and post contract
• Client facing
