Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of the UKs leading, multidisciplinary construction consultancy's are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy London, Cost Management team.

The Partner heading up this position is also keen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has the ambition and desire to move towards an Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Director and Partner, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, healthcare, retail and commercial.

You will also help manage the Quantity Surveying team who work on some smaller, healthcare, residential, and government projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Previous experience of working for a UK Cost Consultancy / PQS firm
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Delivered Healthcare or residential projects
