Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Cost Management team with a unique approach to quantity surveying is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys getting under the skin of a project and being fully involved.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 20, made up of both Quantity Surveyor's and Project Managers who work across a broad range of retail, residential (mid market to super prime), student accommodation, commercial, and hotels.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside the Head of Cost Management who is moving away from the generic, vanilla approach to cost management. Instead, you will be involved in the full construction process, including proper risk management

Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in:

• Engaging with the market
• Risk management
• Delivering solutions
• Advising clients
• Cost and construction management

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• From a main contractor or consultancy background
• Someone who enjoys how projects are built and engaging with the market
• Positive mentality
• Eager to join a small, expanding cost management team
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
