Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Partners of an award-winning and professional Quantity Surveying practice, are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be the first point of contact existing and new clients, supporting them from the inception stage right through to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor position is best suited for someone who can produce both pre & post contract duties to a quality standard with the Residential, Commercial, Heritage or Retail sectors.

The Company

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have 25 years experience building projects and developing relationships around the Northwest. Over the past 18 months, their team has grown by 50%.

With an extensive background in a myriad of sectors, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be supporting Residential, Commercial, Heritage or Retail sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• An understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
• Client facing
• PQS experience
• MRICS is desired
• Eagerness to build relationships
• Experience running own projects
• An openess to various other sectors
