Senior Quantity Surveyor

A hard-working and progressive Cost and Project Management consultancy are seeking to expand their Quantity Surveying team by appointing a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will split their week from the office near Cannon Street station and working from home, where you will be working on a broad range of projects including hotels and luxury residential schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside an Associate Director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a commission for a luxury hotel (circa £40m), as well as an array of residential projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also work on a Town Hall Extension which is £120m scheme which the consultancy is currently managing the planning application.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Residential project experience
• MRICS, or a wealth of PQS/Consultancy experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable running projects independently
