Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fast paced, multi disciplinary consultancy who involve themselves in an array of work is seeking a technically sound, Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Working within a sociable team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be the lead Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator on a £100m scheme.

Alongside this, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a number of smaller schemes across the residential, hospitality, and rail sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Good JCT knowledge
• Comfortable carrying out a Contract Administration role
• Able to deliver projects independently
• Good pre and post contract experience
