Senior Quantity Surveyor

A renowned, market-leading Main Contractor is looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to their specialist Residential New Build division in East London.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a 144-unit project consisting of apartments mixed tenure within 5 blocks circa £40m.

The role is predominantly office based but will require the occasional site visit and has the flexibility to work from home where possible.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor
• Experience working on Residential projects
• JCT Design & Build experience is ideal
• A successful track record working on projects from start to finish
