The Senior Project Manager Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll join a vibrant, fast-growing company operating out of three strategic offices with a strong team of seven Project Managers in Birmingham. This is a key role where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future success.

With a projected turnover of £2 million this year and ambitious plans to grow to £2.85 million next year, the firm is on an exciting journey to expand its group turnover from £8 million to £20 million over the next four years. With an impressive pipeline of secured projects, the consultancy is well-prepared to meet its expansion targets. It offers involvement in a diverse range of sectors, including industrial, offices, education, build-to-rent, student accommodation, biodiversity, ecclesiastical, listed buildings, public projects, and automotive. Project values typically range from £300k to £60m, with one major scheme exceeding £400m.

The Senior Project Manager

The ideal Senior Project Manager will thrive in a welcoming and energetic environment, be motivated to work independently within a flexible company, and be passionate about contributing to the long-term growth of this client account.

You will also possess:

• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM or currently working towards ideally
• Holds a BSc or MSc in Construction related field
• Previous experience in a Project Manager role within a UK Consultancy, ideally operating at a senior level or looking to take a step up into a senior role
• A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
• JCT and NEC contract experience is highly desirable
