A well-established, tight knit residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Senior Project Manager to join there growing team.

The successful Senior Project Manager will join a team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties and London.

They are extremely passionate about the product they deliver, ensuring quality throughout the process.

The company offer a high level of support for professional development and internal growth and progression.

There is also scope for someone to join from a Site / Assistant Project Management position and step into a Senior Project management role with a lot of support to ensure your success.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will be based in the office in Surrey and be expected to site visit 2/3 times a week.

Projects range from £500,000 - £8+ million and are usually High-End Residential renovations / Refurbishments - occasionally there will be a new build project in the home counties.

You will be responsible for two projects for the moment with a combined value of £3 million.

The Senior Project Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience 500k+ budgets
• Programming - MS projects / ASTA
• Organised individual
• Computer / software literate
• A valid driving licence
• Construction background
