An established main contractor is looking for an experienced and career driven Senior Project Manager for Luxury Fit Out projects in London.

The Senior Project Manager will be joining the company during a period of growth.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining an award-winning company with a reputation for innovation and excellence within prime fit out including luxury hotels, commercial, and retail projects.

With over 35 years of experience in the industry this company provides luxury solutions from design, manufacturing and planning to site management and installation.

The Senior Project Manager Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality craftmanship.

• Develop and manage project budgets
• Programming
• Ensure client's specifications are met
• Effectively manage project resources
• Liaise with clients
• Monitor and report the commercial progress
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety

The Senior Project Manager - Requirements

• Senior Project management experience
• Experience managing projects valuing up to £25M+
• Ability to build successful customer relationships
• Onsite construction experience
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Excellent literacy, numeracy & IT skills
• Great leadership, organisational and communication skills
