Senior Project Manager

A smaller Project Management construction consultancy with two offices based in the Midlands are now looking to hire a well-spoken and capable Senior Project Manager for their office in Manchester.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

If successful, the Senior Project Manager will work on a diverse range of projects and sectors, including residential, retail, education, and leisure. Project values generally range from £3m up to £60m.

The Senior Project Manager should have thorough experience working on projects from inception to completion, with emphasis on understanding the construction process from a developers' point of view.

• Project exposure in a myriad of sectors
• Understanding of the construction process from inception to completion
• Determined to take on new responsibilities.
• Able to commute to and from various project sites
• Experience working with developers on projects
• Well spoken, articulate, and client facing
• Ideally hold a construction-based degree
