Project Manager

A medium sized Project Management Construction Consultancy with several offices throughout the North of England are now looking for a capable and well-spoken Project Manager to join their office in Sunderland.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will be joining a well-rounded team of Project Managers, working with clients from the outset of projects through to completion.

The Project Manager will be expected to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. These projects will vary in value and sector, with a focus on healthcare, but also residential, leisure, education, and commercial.

The Project Manager

• Well spoken, articulate and client-facing
• 5+ years in Construction Project Management
• Experience with NEC contracts
• Ambitious and determined to lead projects in a variety of sectors
• Work well in a team setting
• Able to commute to and from various site locations
