Senior Project Manager - Construction

A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead their in-house interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional design solutions for their educational and commercial clients.

Senior Project Manager Role

The chosen Senior Project Manager will oversee and monitor a variety of education projects from beginning to end by planning and overseeing the building process. Schemes valuing up to £60m.

While managing programmes and budgets, the successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the project's outcomes and fulfilment of its requirements.

The Senior Project Manager will be overseeing a wide range of project types, including both minor and substantial tasks, from start to finish and keeping up communications with clients after the project is complete.

Senior Project Manager Requirements

• Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 Years Experience working within a construction consultancy
• MRICS (Desirable)
• Previous Experience of managing Design Solutions
• Experience working on Education projects
