Senior Principal Designer

A well-established construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join their dynamic team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional to take on a leading role in a range of exciting projects.

The Principal Designer's Role

The successful Principal Designer will play a key role in providing expert guidance and advice throughout the design and construction phases of a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.

Projects will span various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial, providing a diverse and stimulating workload.

The Principal Designer

• Extensive experience in delivering Principal Designer services in line with CDM 2015 regulations
• A background in construction, architecture, or engineering
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
• APS or IOSH membership (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Consultancy experience is beneficial
• A thorough understanding of design risk management and construction health and safety
