The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will become a key member of a talented and collaborative team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering full MEP quantity surveying services across diverse and prestigious projects in London. Sectors include:

• Data Centres
• Healthcare & Life Sciences
• Traditional Real Estate
• Sports & Leisure

From pre-contract elemental cost planning to post-contract valuations, you'll drive successful project outcomes and cement your reputation in the industry.

Working alongside industry experts, you'll be immersed in challenging projects and gain exposure to a variety of sectors, all while advancing your career with clear pathways to Associate and Director levels.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senor MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
• The ability to manage multiple projects
• The ability to work in a client facing role
• The ability to mentor and manage more junior surveyors and help strengthen the MEP service
