Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

A traditional, London Quantity Surveying consultancy with a small M&E team are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for their open planned office, located a short distance from Farringdon station.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the whole Quantity Surveying team. Meaning you will have your own, pure M&E projects to deliver. As well as providing M&E support on your fellow quantity surveyors' projects.

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will mainly work on residential, commercial, and data centre projects where you will be responsible for:

• Technical due diligence
• Front end cost reporting
• Preparing full cost plans
• Leading project team meetings
• Liaising with mechanical engineers

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

• M&E / MEP background
• Consultancy / Cost Management experience
• Residential project experience would really appeal
• Strong pre contract experience
• Well organised and a good planner
• Can work under pressure
• MRICS would be a bonus
